On February 19, 2010, the first Friday of Great Lent, the clergy of Holy Trinity Monastery and students of Holy Trinity Seminary served the Liturgy of the Presanctified Gifts. Seminarians who have obediences on Saturday partook of Holy Communion today. Following Liturgy a moleben to the Great Martyr Theodore Tyro was served along with the traditional blessing of koliva.

Two years ago, this was the last Liturgy served by the late Metropolitan Laurus, First Hierarch of the Russsian Church Abroad, who reposed on the Sunday of the Triumph of Orthodoxy.
