Visit to St. Petersburg Theological Academy

On April 10, 2007, Deacon Vladimir Tsurikov, Assistant Dean of Holy Trinity Seminary visited the St. Petersburg Theological Academy, where he met with His Grace Archbishop Constantine, rector of the St. Petersburg Theological Academy and Seminary. The meeting was dedicated to a discussion of possibilities of cooperation and joint educational projects between the two institutions, as part of a recently signed agreement between the Educational Commission of the Russian Orthodox Church and Holy Trinity Seminary. A second meeting has been scheduled for July of this year. After the meeting, which lasted several hours, Archbishop Constantine invited Deacon Vladimir to join the hierarch in visiting the Academic Capella of St. Petersburg to attend festivities of the 15 th annual Paschal Festival, this year dedicated to the Ostromirovo Gospel.
