Library given 2,000-volume collection
2/27/2002
Michael Zarechak, Ph. D., recently donated much of his personal library to Holy Trinity Seminary. Professor of Linguistics Emeritus at Georgetown University, Zarechak has added some 2,000 volumes to the current 35,000 titles in the stacks of the Seminary library with his gift. His collection focuses on linguistics, though it also includes works of literature, history and theology.
This generous donation is only the latest improvement to the library. A thorough refurbishing was completed last fall, while the library's card catalog is currently being computerized.
